Richie is sent by Carmy to Ever, an upscale fine dining restaurant, for the week as education. Richie is deeply skeptical of the restaurant and annoyed by having to wake up before dawn to meticulously clean forks. After seeing how dedicated the restaurant's staff are to their customers he has a change of heart, becoming enthusiastic and learning to expedite a busy dinner service.
